	Coniston can be approached from 2 main directions.
	From the South -	Junction 36 on the M6, take the A590 towards Barrow In Furness and turn right at Greenodd. Follow the signs to Coniston. As you get into Coniston you pass a BP filling station, turn left up the hill just before the main bridge. Follow the small road immediately to the left of the Sun Hotel. Dixon Ground Farm is 150 yards up this road.
	From the North -	From Ambleside, you'll come into the village on Yewdale Road. You'll see the Black Bull Hotel on your right. Pass the Black Bull and bear right over the main bridge and turn immediately right up the hill to the Sun Hotel. ollow the small road immediately to the left of the Sun Hotel. Dixon Ground Farm is 150 yards up this road.
