Coniston Epic Swim

3 separate events taking place in Coniston. The events are 500m novice swim, 3.8k long distance swim and 1 mile swim. The 800 participants are split over the 3 events (100/250/450). The start is national trust launch area, lakeside. The car parking and registration is based at John Ruskin school Coniston.
